Are getting married
on 18th April, 2026 — Streatham, London
Bride & Groom
Our Love Story
We met on Hinge in 2018, and our first date was a simple but perfect walk along the Thames. It didn’t take long for sparks to fly—Hannah was drawn to Daniel’s blue eyes, playful nature and thoughtfulness, while Daniel fell for Hannah’s kindness, fun spirit, and bright smile.
Over the years, we’ve shared countless memories, weathered a global pandemic, and built a life together in Streatham, where we moved in together in 2021. Since then, we’ve moved house, cheered each other on through new adventures and achievements, and grown stronger as a team.
In March 2025, during a “work trip” to New York (spoiler: not a real one), Daniel got down on one knee with the Brooklyn Bridge as our backdrop—and Hannah said yes! It was the surprise of a lifetime and the beginning of our next chapter.
We can’t wait to celebrate this chapter with all of you.

Hotels
If you are planning on staying overnight in London, we recommend staying around our reception venue in Borough. This gives easy access to Elephant & Castle, Blackfriars & London Bridge stations which all have direct train services to Streatham Station, of which the Church is a 10 minute walk away.
Here are a few suggestions:
- Smart Stays:
- Travelodge London Central Elephant and Castle – (The closest to the venue)
- Premier Inn London Southwark
- Ibis London Blackfriars
- Midway Comfort:
- Mercure London Bridge
- Hampton by Hilton London (Waterloo)
- Treat yourself:
- The Hoxton, Southwark
- Bankside Hotel, Autograph Collection
Transport
The nearest station to the church is Streatham (10 min walk away), which can be reached using Southern or Thameslink trains. There are also many buses from Brixton Station (Victoria line) and Tooting Bec (Northern line) which stop at St Leonard’s Church.
There is also the option to take a taxi. We recommend either Uber or Bolt using their app, on which you can pre-book or book on demand taxis. If you would like a referral code please use the below to get some money off your first Uber ride:
- Uber – JYJWKNSD8D3E
Near the church:
- Ontime Cars Streatham – 02087695555
- Streatham Taxis – 02086501234
Near the reception venue:
- Elephant & Castle Cabs – 02077030134
- Waterloo Cars – 02035389188
- Southwark Taxis – 02030518783
Alternatively there are lots of black cabs around Central London, though this is more expensive.
For those who are less comfortable travelling around London, we would recommend the Citymapper or Google Map apps to get around the city.
We are planning to arrange some transport from the church to the reception venue, however this will be limited.
If you are driving, there is no parking at the church, but some parking on the surrounding roads. At the reception venue, there is also no dedicated parking, but some parking on the surrounding roads and a private (paid) car park next door.
